Provide service agreement. - Provide accurate information regarding for customer concerns. - Track customer information and concerns and enter data into database. - Generate call-in work orders for drivers, and answer all customer inquiries received via email, and process payments by phone. - Assist supervisors/managers with processing documents. - Additional responsibilities may apply ,Prepares Saturday work. professional relationships. Excellent technology skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), , QuickBooks, & Microsoft Dynamics. - Scheduling, billing, invoicing. QUALIFICATIONS: - MUST be Bilingual (English and Spanish) - High School Diploma or GED. - 2+ years QuickBooks online or Desktop office environment, - Knowledge of QuickBooks, accounting software. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, specifically Excel. - QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE.
