COVID-19 Stance: I wanted to take a moment to reassure you that Intelligent Networks, Inc. takes the dangers of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) very seriously. It is our objective to closely monitor reputable sources, such as Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) so that we can stay proactive to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Intelligent Networks, Inc is positioned to continue to provide support to our clients in any situation or environm...ent. Each of our employees are capable of accessing all support, management, monitoring and voice/video/email communication tools remotely. Should the need arise for all Intelligent Networks, Inc. employees to work remotely, I will not hesitate to implement that policy, in the interest of their safety and the safety of their families. However, that safety measure will have no impact on the level of support provided to you, your company or its employees. I have implemented the following safety measures internally and appreciate your understanding over the next couple of weeks, as this situation unfolds. It is not my intention to exacerbate the panic, nor do I have any desire to allow negligence to risk the safety of mine or your employees and their families. We have adopted a no hand-shake policy. Please try to limit physical contact with others. We encourage all employees to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 30 seconds; avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth; cough or sneeze into your elbow or use a tissue; avoid close contact with people who are sick; and clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. We ask any employee experiencing flu-like symptoms to stay at home AND visit their doctor. We ask any employees who have been in proximity to anyone suspected of having or confirmed to have the Covid-19 virus to stay at home AND visit their doctor. We are limiting business travel to only that which is essential to operating our business or required by our clients, and to conduct meetings by email, phone or video wherever possible. I have communicated with our suppliers and partners these policies and asked them to apply similar guidance to their employees who might visit Intelligent Networks, Inc. offices or branch locations. We are trying to limit contact with persons who do not work with Intelligent Networks, Inc. while you are at work. While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe. It is presently unclear how long these restrictions will remain in place, but we will continue to communicate regularly as the situation evolves. Thank you once again for your understanding and commitment during this challenging time. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to discuss with me. Christopher K. Tucker CEO

There are changes coming from Microsoft that could impact your PC environment and we believe you should be aware now vs later. Starting on January 14, 2020, Windows 7 will no longer be support by Microsoft. With the constant attacks we have seen against multiple systems, we consider this to be a high priority issue. This means that Microsoft will no longer make security patches available for Windows 7 unless you pay an extension fee. Users that have Windows 7 Profession...al or Enterprise have the option to purchase Extended Security Updates up until January 2023. This price would be per device, per year. The cost is $50 for the first year, $100 for the second and $200 for the third year. We consider this to be money that you, the customer, could be spending somewhere else to make your company more productive and that PC’s over 3 years old be replaced with new hardware, running Windows 10 Professional. If that is not feasible, you can purchase a Windows 10 license for each PC, and we can assist with the upgrade. This will allow for your company to be protected in a world where security is such a high concern as well as keep your company compliant with HIPAA, PCI and other security standards. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to Contact Us . For additional information, please see the link below. https://www.microsoft.com//window/end-of-windows-7-support

Blocked the Chinese-owned subnet so they hopped over to their hacked #digitalocean VM. Keep trying boys and girls, it's my watch all night...

Today our thoughts and prayers are with Shawn Burton, and his family. As most of you know, Shawn is our Technical Director and, more importantly than an excellent Engineer, a very loved part of our INI family. This morning, Shawn (due to no fault of his own) was in an automobile accident as he made his way to the office. Thankfully, only a lot of scrapes and bruises were the only result. However, knowing the details and seeing the pictures, the situation could have ended much worse. Please keep Shawn and his wife and daughter in your thoughts and prayers, for a speedy recovery.
