All of the courses at the IDGC are open and in good playing condition! The clubhouse is closed until further notice, which includes the Pro Shop. There is a portable toilet in the parking lot. The vending machine under the pavilion sells water and Powerade. Come play a round!

The "Steady" Ed Headrick course will join W.R. Jackson and Jim Warner as open to the public again tomorrow, Saturday, June 6th. Please use additional caution if playing the red tees as many of them still need to be improved following the flooding. The Pro Shop and Clubhouse will remain closed until further notice still. Thank you, and enjoy your round!

The International Disc Golf Center will begin taking steps toward reopening starting this Friday, May 15th. Please make sure to read through ALL of the details below. W.R. Jackson and Jim Warner will open on Friday, May 15th. "Steady" Ed Headrick will remain closed for the time being as there is a significant amount of downed trees and damage from the flooding earlier this year that has not yet been addressed.... The Pro Shop and Clubhouse (including restrooms) will remain closed until further notice. All events at the IDGC are currently on hold for the rest of the year until more IDGC staff are returned from furlough. ALL social distancing guidelines must be followed for this to work. If we notice that patrons are not adhering to social distancing and maintaining groups at or below the recommendation, we will have no choice but to close again. Please do not be the person that ruins this for others. There is only one person working to get all three courses and the facility back in shape following the closure. Everything will not look as good as it normally does, but hopefully, the courses will continue to look closer and closer to normal every week. Please pay your greens fee to the honor box located near the bottom of the ramp at the front of the clubhouse. Greens fees will be cash only until our Pro Shop opens back up. Thank you to everyone who has done, and continues to do their part in being socially responsible for the greater good. We will post additional updates as more of the IDGC continues to become available to the public.

Both the Southeast Junior Championships (June 6th) and the IDGC Ironman (June 20th) have now been cancelled. As of now, we do not plan on seeking a later date in 2020 for these events. All refunds have now been issued.

**Update** Our previous update mentioned that the IDGC was aiming to re-open on April 13th. That will no longer be the case given the most recent provided information from the GA Governor. At this point, we will not be offering a planned re-open date. The IDGC will remain closed until further notice as we continue to monitor guidance from our federal and state authorities. We will make an announcement when we plan to re-open after we see light at the end of the tunnel. ... Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate everyone who is staying home to help flatten the curve. Stay safe, stay smart, and we hope to see you all again soon!

**Update** The IDGC will remain closed through April 13th at the earliest in compliance with the recent shelter in place announcement from Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. Thank you, and we hope everyone is getting those practice putts in at home!

**Update** The closure of Columbia County Parks has been extended through April 6th at the earliest. This includes both the IDGC and Patriots Park. Please do not plan a visit to either disc golf venue until we hear different. We will do our best to keep you updated as soon as more information is available. ... Skip the course. Stay home. **Update** As of this afternoon, we have been informed that Columbia County will be closing Wildwood Park to all patrons and staff until March 29th at the earliest. This means that not only the clubhouse and pro shop, but also all three of our courses will be closed until at least March 29th.... Please do not plan any trips to the IDGC until further notice. All events have been cancelled at the IDGC through May 15th, including IDGC league. As soon as we are able to re-open, we will make an announcement. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

**Update** After some additional discussions with Columbia County, and internally, we have some updated information in regard to the IDGC, our events, courses, and clubhouse. - The IDGC clubhouse and Pro Shop will remain closed until further notice.... - The IDGC courses are open for play to the public, and we will be waiving all greens fees until further notice. If you're inclined, we still have our honor box located outside if you're interested in making a greens fee "donation" to the facility. This is subject to change at any time as new information develops. - The Dogwood + WGE powered by Prodigy has been cancelled until further notice. With the CDC recommendation to cancel all events with 50 or more participants, it is in the best interest of both our participants and staff to not move forward with this event until more information is available from the CDC and WHO. This is a bummer for both the IDGC and Prodigy Disc as we had some awesome ancillary events and player pack items lined up. It is our hope to reschedule this event to a later date, but are uncertain on any time lines. All players that were currently registered have been sent a full refund. - IDGC League is still being discussed. Please follow the Facebook page "Disc Golf in Augusta" for updates regarding IDGC League. Nate will be making a post about this tomorrow after we've reached a decision. - As a staff, we will be following information pertaining to the development of Covid 19 very closely. As new information arises, there may be new developments. We are currently still planning to run our two events scheduled in June. Thank you, and please continue to be both safe and smart. It was brought to our attention today that Columbia County will be closing Wildwood Park to patrons for the foreseeable future. This means that both the IDGC Clubhouse and courses will be closed to the public. We are unsure when we will be permitted to resume business as usual, and will be sure to publish an announcement when you're all welcome to come enjoy some disc golf at the IDGC again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we respect Columbia County's decision to error on the side of safety during this time of uncertainty surrounding Covid 19.
