From March 1st - March 15, I'm covering the cleaning expense for any property I co-host. Meaning, for two weeks, you get to keep the entire cleaning fee, and I'll pay the cleaners out of pocket myself. Meaning...more money for you, with zero obligation to keep me as the co-host. Standard co-hosting commission of 20%. Example: If you charge $80/night and a cleaning fee of $75, and receive a two day booking: I'll have it cleaned for free and you pay me $47 out of your $235. Example #2: If you charge $100/night and a cleaning fee of $100 and receive a one day booking: I'll have it cleaned for free and you pay me $20 out of your $200. "A federal judge on Thursday blocked a recent New York City law intended to crack down on Airbnb and other online home-sharing sites that city officials say have essentially turned residential apartments into illegal hotels and have aggravated the city’s housing shortage. The law, which was enacted last summer and was to go into effect next month, would have required the home-sharing services to disclose monthly to the city detailed information about tens of thousands of listings, and the identities and addresses of their hosts."
