Story goes like this. I almost never use this company because I used to work for them briefly, but what the hey, needed a car service the other night, so... We were asked to exit the vehicle after the driver flipped her shit, because my girl told her she took the wrong turn by tapping her on the shoulder. After we exited her vehicle, this butch woman actually tried to fight my girl. Really?! When they Uber corporate called me ( today ) and I explained the situation, they ...immediately jumped to the defense of the driver claiming sir, that’s a natural reaction when anyone touches someone. With all due respect, she tapped her on the shoulder.-Me She didn’t yell hey bitch, you missed our turn. So, buyer beware, Uber had already cast judgment before I could finish my case. (Jesus Christmas, i don’t even use them anyway...special circumstance) I said, with all due respect: when your driver told us to exit the vehicle ( we were in my neighborhood by that time ) we complied as to not cause trouble. She proceeds to get out and try to take a swing as my lady. As the Dude said: This aggression WILL not stand! I got in the middle of her and my lady and told her Do not touch my F$&@ing girl! She left. End of incident. Further, the number they call from is just like their phantom numbers for clients. It is a non working number for the rest of my party, whom do not have a chance to give their testimony... because frankly, Uber DOESN’T CARE! Since I’m now banned, never in my life have I been banned or experienced anything like this...I’ll be taking Lyft from here on out. When and if I need a car service. The customer isn’t always right, and in this case, the customer is wrong without due process. Fuck you Uber. I drove for your company years ago, for 1 month, before realizing that the surge was a scam. They artificially create a supply and demand that you, the consumer, can not verify or hold them accountable to. Good job Uber. Now I will spread this to FB so that others will know about your business practices. I recommend you consider Lyft, who is apparently more economical AND my only future car service option. Hopefully with ethics! Pass it on. you Uber and the butch asshole you rode in on. You bitched out like a prank caller, unaccountable to no one but yourselves, I’m afraid. Unacceptable. Btw, Uber made 1.6 billion in the first quarter of 2016. This is who they have representing them as drivers AND phantom managers? Not all, but it’s only going to get worse. Wow!
