The shop gained two beautiful mature Pronghorn last week from Wyoming. One aged at 3.5 yrs old, scoring 74 and the other was 4.5 yrs old, scoring 71. Both of these goats came off public land, about 15 miles apart. It took a lot of glassing and stalking to seal the deal on these two. Each stalk was right at a mile from the road. We used the terrain to get within 100 yrds of the goat on each stalk. After that the work started. We had to cape out, quarter and pack them out, and ...then head back to the truck. A short 26 hour drive one way, a full day of scouting, only 2 days of hunting and 26 hours back to Georgia, is what it took to bring home some of the best meat in my opinion. I would like to say thank you to my clients for being patient with me while I’m out of town doing what I love and getting to see the sun rise one more time in Wyoming. See more

425+ Bull Elk with detachable antlers on one of our barnwood/rusted tin pedestals we build in house. The pictures do not do justice of how massive this thing is! Without the detachable antlers, this mount wouldn’t fit through the door to get it in the house.

The reason I got into Taxidermy over 12 years ago was my passion for hunting. People always ask me do you get to hunt much? the answer is not as much as most people . The reason is, the better the hunting gets, the busier the shop gets and I like dealing with my clients personally. I want to say THANK YOU to each of my clients that understood and worked with me for the last 5 days not being able to answer the phone and meet while I was in Kentucky deer hunting. The shop... gained 6 beautiful mature Kentucky bucks that totaled to be over 825 of bone. What a great hunt with great clients!

Be part of our 9th annual Big Buck Contest. The biggest deer wins the pot! It doesn’t always take a huge deer to win. 110 deer have won in the past. Rules: -$20 to enter ... -You can enter up to 2 bucks per entry -The highest scoring B&C score wins and all deer will be scored by me personally. -You can enter at anytime during the season but you cannot enter a deer until 7 days after payment is received. - Only Georgia deer qualify for the contest. - Deer can be brought by the shop whole or if after business hours ,you must text a pic of YOU, the un-caped deer and a newspaper with the same date all in the same pic to me (404-408-8583) to qualify until you can bring it by the shop.

This client came in with a special request for his early season bow kill. He wanted the deer rubbing a tree but wanted the mount to go on the wall. We preserved the velvet, left the natural blood on the antlers from when it started shedding its velvet, and altered a standard shoulder mount into this custom piece. We love for you to push our creativity and keep things interesting in the shop! Notice the lead eye is even squinted and he even has bark on his ear.

This was a fun project. We molded the actual fish and casted a fiberglass reproduction of it. Every detail and imperfection is identical to the original fish. It might not seem to be a lot of work, but many hours went into this piece. I personally think that brown trout are one of the toughest fish to paint without looking painted
