A Message to Our Dental Patients About Coronavirus March 16, 2020 The health and well-being of our patients and staff has always been our top priority. We are actively monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and want to assure you that we are deeply focused on ensuring patients continue to receive oral care and treatment in a safe environment.... Our office is following the same stringent cleaning and disinfection strategies we have always used. Barrier protection is a benchmark of our daily routine between each patient along with disposable coverings and hard surface disinfection. In light of the current threat we are taking extra measures by wiping down door handles, reception area chairs and pens. Frequent hand washing and social distancing are things we all have to be more vigilant about. In addition, we are asking patients who are sick with fever, cough, fatigue or other flu like symptoms to kindly reschedule their appointment and seek medical help. Please limit family members being brought to the office. Only the patient will be permitted in the treatment room. We ask that others remain in their cars. We ask that you wait at least four weeks from any overseas travel before scheduling an appointment. We are all affected by the circumstances of the past few months and need to make wise choices concerning our health and the health of others. Good Morning to our dental family. We would like to inform you that our office will be closed next week, July 1st- July 6th. Dr Roos is taking a much needed vacation with his family. If you have any dental emergencies, please call Dr Reich. Their office is located in Smyrna, and they will be happy to take care of you while we are away. Have a great 4th of July week!
