HEY HEY HEY! To all of our clients that have been back to see us since we re-opened, we just want to thank you for your support and cooperation during these weird times! With that being said, we have made some changes since returning that we would like to bring to your attention. This may be a lengthy post, but we want to be as thorough as possible so everyone is on the same page! First things first- WE ARE GOING BY APPOINTMENTS NOW! Men & Women. And here are a few rea...sons why.. - We are able to know what our day will look like, and it allows us to have a more flexible schedule for off days, vacations, leaving early.. etc. - Your appointment time guarantees that you won’t come in during busy hours, and that you aren’t stuck sitting in the waiting area for long periods of time. - A lot of our clients have a certain person they like to see when they come, so having an appointment means that you will be scheduled on a day that your stylist is working. No more wasted trips!! **So far we have received a lot of positive feedback from doing this.. so we will be sticking to it! Also- PLEASE BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! We will be booking according to the service you are receiving, so showing up late will result in the next persons time being late. CHANGED HOURS- We are currently working under reduced hours. We have the same opening time (10:00) but have been closing up around 4:00 each day. This was started when we came back after the shut down. We noticed a pattern that majority of our clients were able to make the 10-4, so it kind of just stuck. Since we have also been doing appointments, it makes it to where we can plan ahead our days and not book clients past a certain time. However, we have been accommodating those that can’t make those hours and staying a little later if needed! This will remain the same until further notice. JoAnn Herlston Case, (the owner of the salon) is starting to cut back on her days. As of right now she is OFF on THURSDAYS. (But the salon is still open!!) She will more than likely be taking another day off next year as well. So if you usually see JoAnn when you come, you will need to call and make an appointment so you can keep up with what days she is and isn’t working! We REALLY APPRECIATE everyone coming together during this time, and for supporting our business! We have enjoyed seeing each and every one of you.. and for those we haven’t seen yet, we miss you and hope to see you soon!!!

Good afternoon clients! Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! We just want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone that has supported us in the few changes we have made at the salon regarding our hours, and the recent decision to start going by appointments now. We understand that this is a slight change, but we have had amazing feedback from doing so! Just a few reminders.. Men- We know it’s sometimes difficult to remember to call ahead.. but know that 9 times ...out of 10, you will be able to get in same day you call! It guarantees you a spot, limits your wait time or no wait at all, and it assures you that the person you usually see is there. Y’all have done an amazing job so far because we know this change has been a little more challenging for you guys. Women- If you are wanting a color service, or a service that takes up a lot of time.. then please call ahead so we can get you scheduled. We work extremely hard to get you in as soon as possible, but these services get booked out days/weeks in advance! We want you to be able to see your favorite stylist, but they can get booked pretty easily. Everyone..... THANK YOU! Thank you for being so understanding, and for going with the flow! The support and cooperation mean so much to us at the salon. We love you all! **Also wanted to add that masks are now optional.** See more
