Here’s the pictures from our recent giant tub conversion! Pictures don’t do it justice . Keep in mind there wasn’t a bathroom in this area . It was only a tub and now where the old bathroom was is a large closet with custom built ins. The bathroom now has a large custom shower , laundry room, vanity with linen cabinet and quartzite top, toilet area with cabinet , barn doors , lvp floor. All of the subfloors were replaced , and all new plumbing and wiring was installed. Thank you Ms Donaldson for trusting us with your home!!!

After 500 pounds of self leveler we fixed the floors, laid all the floors including tiling the bathroom , new baseboards in some spots that the last crew tore off , quarter round , and a thorough mopping and cleaning . Two recent showers we did this past week! They turned out really good. This tile is a textured 3x12 subway tile called Marlow cloud. Solid white quartz curbs with pebbles on the floor and niche using a completely sealed grout . Thank you Robin !!

So ... we just made a HUGE transformation in our awesome friends don and sally’s home! We tore out a wall dividing the foyer off from the living room , matched and hand built a built in beside the fireplace , altered the other, put vinyl plank flooring throughout, opened up the kitchen wall to enable a beautiful view into the living room and to enable being even better hosts at their home. We revamped some old cabinets in the kitchen and rearranged the kitchen to accommodate an island and a huge pantry . Shiplap wainscoting and crown molding topped it off with some gorgeous countertops! Thank you again so very much Don and Sally!
