If you earn wages more than $300 (Georgia's exemption amount), plus your weekly UI benefit amount, than you are not eligible for state or federal payments for t...hat week. For example, if you earned $500 last week and your weekly benefit amount is $150, then you are NOT eligible for state UI benefits for that week ($300+$150=$450 < $500- your wages for the week) ***You must receive at least $1 in state or federal funds each week in order to qualify for the $600 weekly FPUC payment.***

In order to receive the stimulus check in a timely manner, if you have had a change of address since your last filed tax return please contact our office immediately so we can submit a change of address to the IRS. In your most recent filing of your tax return, if you were due a refund and it was direct deposited, that is the account the IRS will use for the stimulus check.
