Chef Crystal is introducing a new lunch menu item: The Sweet Tea Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. It is 4 ounces of hand-cut, tenderized pork tenderloin that is marinated in freshly brewed sweet tea, delicately breaded, and lightly fried to a beautiful golden brown. We serve it on a toasted brioche bun with our honey lemon Dijon sauce, fried jalapeños, lettuce, overnight tomatoes, pickles and our signature sautéed onions.
