In light of Governor Kemp's statewide shelter-in-place order, we would like to inform you on how that affects Johnson Electric Inc and the services we provide you. HVAC and electricians are considered essential personnel. Therefore, we will still be open and operating but ask that you call for high priority services only. It is our number one priority to keep our customers safe and limit the spread of COVID-19, and we are taking every measure to accomplish just that. Accordi...ng to OSHA's COVID-19 workplace guidelines, our profession is classified as a lower exposure risk job. Since OSHA does not recommend us to use PPE based on our risk group and due to the severe shortage, we will not be using PPE. They do however recommend us to provide hand sanitizer, disinfectants, and disposable towels for our team, which we will continue to do. We will continue to look for guidance from the CDC and OSHA so that we can maintain a safe work environment for both our team and our customers. We are grateful for each one of you. Today is Emmitt’s last day with Johnson Electric as he begins his retirement. We appreciate all he has given Johnson Electric which has contributed to our success. We will greatly miss him, but we know he will enjoy his retirement with family and friends! Congratulations, Emmitt!
