We know the current circumstances can evoke many emotionsfear and anxiety about what’s happening and what’s going to happen, depression from being separated from others and not being able to enjoy many activities, stress of managing kids and their schoolwork, and so many other emotions! Dear clients: At this time, we will be cancelling in person sessions. Many insurance companies have eased restrictions on telemental health, which will allow us to offer sessions via phone and web chats while maintaining shelter in place orders and social distancing. This means, if your insurance allows, your counselor may be able to complete your sessions by telephone or an online video chat. Client paperwork will be sent via email to be signed electronically. If you h...ave an appointment scheduled we will be contacting you to inform you of your insurance providers policies and options to have a tele-session or to reschedule if telemental health is not an option. Initial intakes for psychological testing may be completed via phone or online video sessions based on insurance policies. However, all psychological evaluations will be rescheduled as they require an in-person session. See more
