COVID-19 Update: Here at Justice Orthodontics we value the safety and well being of our patients and staff above all else, not just during this pandemic, but each and every day that we are given the opportunity to serve our community. This is why we are strictly following the guidelines set forth in the Governor's Executive Order and the American Dental Association's (ADA's) Guidance for Minimizing the Risk for COVID-19 Transmission and the ADA's Interim Mask and Face Shield ...Guidelines. Dental Assistants are ranked third in those most at risk for exposure to COVID-19. This is one of the reasons we are exercising extreme caution, while taking all of the necessary steps in protecting our staff as well as our patients. As a result of COVID-19 and its contagious nature, there are certain protocols that we are now required to follow. Upon entering the office our staff will ask you to sanitize your hands, followed by checking your temperature. You will then be asked to answer a series of questions, all related to your personal health and the potential exposure or contact with the COVID-19 virus. Every patient, parent, or guardian will be asked to answer these questions before being allowed beyond the front desk. If you have been in contact with or exposed to COVID-19, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment after receiving clearance from your Primary Care Physician. Our intention is not to offend or discriminate against any group or class of people, but to protect the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. Most of us have never faced a time of crisis such as this. We are doing our very best to navigate through this one day at a time. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
