We are always excited when we are able to acquire small land tracts outside subdivisions to build on. Today we closed on this beautiful home on a 2/3 acre parcel in South Paulding. Couldn’t do it without people!

In June, we celebrated 7 years of building homes across Paulding and surrounding counties. We closed 2 homes in our first year and 55 homes last year. Thank you to our contractors, suppliers, agents and employees for all your hard work over the years. A special thanks to the 248 customers that gave us the privilege of building their home. We are thankful that we get to do something we love and look forward to many more years. Thank you to all that have been a part of our journey!
