Blackberry pruning today means the season is officially closed. Over the past 7 weeks we’ve had the privilege to share our harvest with so many great folks from around metro ATL. Thanks to everyone that visited. Berry picking might be finished for now, but we’re hard at work to serve you again in the near future. Keep checking here for more.

KoC’s goji berries are doing their best to show off in their second year. Lots more of these in 2021.

A little over two years and a lot of hard work later and we’ve changed the way the farm looks from space. Our formerly unproductive frontage along Post Rd is now planted with Asian and Bartlett pears, and is currently home to our mobile chicken coop.

After more than a month of picking the blueberries still have some more to give this year.

We look forward to releasing our Patriot Pop, a lemonade base pop with whole pieces of raspberries and blueberries inside, every July. However, the wrappers we had printed long ago for this pop say "Tastes Like 'Merica" across the front, and when we looked at these recently, we had to ask ourselves, "What does America taste like right now?!" In this very unique year, we think America tastes like voting. So with every Patriot Pop order, we're sending you a card that ...promotes voter registration. One side of the card shares a voting resource: https://bit.ly/38gtySO. The other side gives a promo code for a free pop at https://bit.ly/2YQtwy5 if you are indeed already registered. We've even got a Patriot Pop 12-Pack we can safely deliver to help you promote voter registration within your company, your neighborhood, among your clients, etc etc. It includes 3 Patriot Pops, 3 Blueberry Lemonade, 3 Raspberry Lime, and 3 Cookies n' Cream, and we're throwing in 12 of these voter cards cards for you to share. https://bit.ly/2VvkdRK Big events might be cancelled, but you can still enjoy some refreshing King of Pops with your friends and family. (And hey, don't forget to be a patriot, and head over to https://bit.ly/38gtySO.) Drop an emoji below if you already know you're registered

Dad hint #1: We can deliver treats from King of Pops and plants from King of Crops, which will make your whole house pretty happy on Mother's Day. If you can't go out and enjoy the best of spring like you used to, then let us bring it straight to you to enjoy at home. Dad hint #2: Check out the yellow banner at the top of https://bit.ly/3dhAwrU for a lil discount code.

Picked up carloads and carloads of transplants from King of Crops to add to https://bit.ly/2KNTHNS. Look out for them (and a Mother's Day special) online tomorrow Any guesses as to what seedlings we've got here?

To friends old and new: here’s a little look at the state of the King of Pops kingdom... Our hand-crafted pop business, which has been almost exclusively powered by large events and gatherings, has drastically (I mean, drastically) changed over the past few weeks. There’s been quite a lot to let go of, but that’s also given us the opportunity to innovate. You can probably guess the low points, but you (like us) may not of seen these bright spots coming: We’ll be rolling out... delivery of soft serve (the kind we sell at Wonderkid). That’s right: you can eat that Chocolate Sea Salt with a spoon. We’ve received over 100 applications for our Neighborhood Partnership Program, allowing folks to start their own mini King of Pops businesses in their communities. We rolled out https://bit.ly/3bxvjvz, an online store selling pops and other locally made happy foods, and we’re making hundreds of deliveries a week. This is a grind, but it feels promising. UMOHs abound: We’re donating 13,000 pops to healthcare workers thanks to the GoFundMe you so generously supported, and we’ll soon offer snack packs you can deliver as gifts to friends/family/clients/employees as your own Unexpected Moment of Happiness. We’ll soon be adding plant transplants from King of Crops to the online store, and we’re adding innovations from our own kitchen there every few weeks (like our chili or the CSS pie). We’re hoping to offer pop pick-up opportunities in early May as well as cart re-openings in late May. (But still very TBD) Message us if you have questions about anything we listed here, and be sure to check out https://bit.ly/3bxvjvz to get your pop fix. Is there anything else you think we should be pursuing right now? Tell us!
