This destination event was a one of a kind experience and opportunity for our team. It consisted of over 52 vendors from all over the US and internationally. When I say every idea that was thrown out to the client was accepted, it made us all work that much more harder to create something beautiful. First of all our clients Avni & Abhishek were beautiful inside and out, and the best sports when it came to let’s plan out of the box e-shoots on the Bonneville Salt Flats ( I am sure you remember the video of the Mercedes Benz driving on the Salt Flats which looked like it was gliding on Ice!!!), to let your farewell be in a Hot Air Balloon. It was a beautiful summer garden dream of a ceremony that took place in a Marbel Garden overlooked by the snow capped mountains in the June by the piercing sunlight & crisp fresh air. What connected us to the client was her love for the color purple which was our brand color, and as we bonded over purple, we had the opportunity to create such a personalized hand held experience for them from pre-planning, designing, selecting the brides attire, to shopping in India with the couple. The best part of my job is that we have access to hidden gems & create lifelong relationships with our couples, families and our vendor partners no matter where we go. Kalpita is originally from London, UK, and Nimish grew up in California. The two came to us wanting a destination wedding in Mexico, but due to challenges out of their control, they changed their destination to get married in London at The Conservatory at Painshill Park. I was so excited about this, because I lived in London for MBA school and it was an opportunity to go back to one of my favorite places and collaborate with some of my favorite people. I love the venues in London, UK they are Royal, Classic, Modern, and Timeless. This event had many of those elements from the perfect Castle.Church arches for those portraits, to Gardens & Grounds that were Gorgeous for the guest to explore. Most of all the Starry Night Conservatory Tent structure that was Modern, Fully Lit of Lasers, Pinspots, Haze, and a Twinkle ceiling! The feeling I got when I walked in was warm and fuzzy because I saw the potential of what the space would become after we were done with it. So to my dad on our site visit Cabo reminded him so much of his days in Africa & Sun City/Cape Town. We also wanted to make it easy for all of our family & friends who lives in the US to make it to our celebrations, along with those who live internationally. Cabo will hold a very special place in my heart as it was the place my husband and I got to share our love with 176 of our closest family, friends, friendors, and those near and dear to us. There were many amazing and epic moments for us during that weekend that we also created for our guest, but the one that stands out the most to us is when we sat under our Mandap (Alter/Chuppa), looking out and feeling all the 5 elements of nature (Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, Sky), but seeing the energy of love, positivity, and happiness being showered on us from our guest. You truly could feel the love in the air as cliche as it sounds.
