PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY I am writing this with tears and my hands shaking. My momma taught me better. I thank God for her everyday that she taught me when she was alive. Love unconditionally. After she passed away. I saw my family true colors. I grew up in a society in WV . The hidden racism. Yes some of my family is on here and they are going to be mad. But I don't care. You turned your back on me and shunned me cause I had black babies. I didn't see color. I al...ways seen love. Yes I am telling it, cause I know some secretly behind my back called me Names and I wasn't invited to get together. They tried to blame it on my grandfather which I knew better cause me and him already talked. Amongst other things I heard and seen. That was one side. The other side some let me know to my face. Meanwhile I was serving my country, defending and protecting the United States, and ALL RACES TO BE FREE. I know the lack of education in states about blacks, native Americans, Mexicans. Society has taught those cause of their lack of. I have done forgave. I look at my beautiful children and pray God protects them from Society, but they have been ridiculed and treated wrong by both sides white and black. I really pray for justice and peace for the country I sacrificed to defend. Unity and love conquers all. See more

Columbus, Georgia. That’s where I’m from. On May 26, my nonprofit, the MII Foundation, will hold a Wonder Woman Walk in Columbus focused on women’s empowermen...t. Proceeds from this event will be used to purchase school supplies for children in single parent homes in Muscogee County. This is an issue that’s near and dear to my heart, because I see how difficult it can be to raise children on your own. I see it in my own family. My sister, the cofounder of MII, is a single mother of three. I see how much she goes through. And she’s far from the only one. There are 13.6 MILLION single parent homes in the United States. We’re actively working to help families in this situation. So if you’re near Columbus, Georgia on May 26th, come and support the movement.
