This is my first article I am and I can Every day in our lives we go through something. Every day is a new day with new challenges. We face so many things throughout our day and our life. Today you may do something difficult. You may face something tragic. You may say a kind word that may put a smile on someone’s face. You may do something that may change the world. Who knows? Whatever it may be say I am and I can. We do not realize what we speak often comes to pass. What we speak has a lot to do with our being. As the saying goes We reap what we sow If we sow negative thoughts we reap negative results. negativity It leaves no room for positive results. If we constantly tell ourselves that I can’t, then guess what? You won’t. How many of us have things we say we have been meaning to do for the last year, and we have not got to it yet. We keep finding excuses to put it off. I want you to pull out that book that you started in 2012 and never finished. I want you to go to that new restaurant that opened and have a great dinner with someone special. I want you work on that great business idea that you know can work. I want you to lignite that fire that is burning already inside of you. I want you to go to the mirror and look at the real you and tell that person in the mirror that is looking back at you. I am and I can. I am a inspiring and I can inspire others. No more I cant. No more ‘it is just my luck. No more it only happens to other people, because you are, I am and together we can. Mahamed Ali could not have spoken any greater words than I am the greatest. From now on when you go throughout your day and throughout 2014 no matter what comes your way. Let this be your motto I Am and I can I am a woman of power. I can move mountains. I am proud of who I am. I am strong. I can get through this. I am a problem solver. I am exactly who I want to be.
