HARRIS AND TROUP COUNTY REPORT December 20, 2020 The overall picture for Harris County, Troup County and Georgia is a worsening picture without an indication of when this might peak. It's likely that the United States will be getting better before these three areas get better. This attempt at prediction is based on the 3 week rate of change of estimated active cases (EAC). The US national rate of change is slowly decreasing, but both counties have increased their active ...cases by between 100 and 150% over three weeks. This is NOT a good thing. Continuing efforts to mask, wash hands and distance are as important as ever.
