***Gym Closed Now Until Tomorrow *** Due to a ruptured sewer line, repair work is being done, and the gym is closed effective immediately. We expect to be open tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday, November 17), and will send another message out to confirm when we know that time. We thank you for your patience.

***THE POOL IS OPEN*** We have a reservation system in place to assure social distancing, while members enjoy the pool. But first, we need to review some crucial details....... ***2020 Policies Update*** Lake Dow Club is beginning this season with a strict NO GUEST policy due to our limited capacity and in an effort to limit exposure within our community. Do not enter the pool or gym facilities if you experienced fever, cough, or other symptoms in the last 14 days. Lake Dow Club will not be offering its snack and drink service to minimize contacts between members and our member attendants. Pool furniture will be arranged with 6 feet of distance between member pods. We ask that members do not move furniture between pods. Members must maintain 6 feet of distance between themselves and members of other households. Pool hours will be from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Member attendants will clean common areas such as bathrooms and entrance areas from 9:30-12:30 PM, 1-4 PM and 4:30-7:30 PM. Members are responsible for wiping down their furniture BOTH WHEN THEY ARRIVE AND BEFORE LEAVING. Lake Dow Club will provide cleaning solution spray bottles, a cleaning towel service and a place to put dirty towels. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations will be put in the pool area. ***No one under 18 is allowed at the pool without adult supervision.*** The guidance from the Georgia Department of Public Health regarding Public Swimming Pools. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Lake Dow Club, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We have taken enhanced health and safety measuresfor you and our other Members, but the cooperation of ALL members is crucial. Members must follow all posted instructions while visiting Lake Dow Club facilities. Members are expected to read this guidance and abide by its instructions.
