Lavonia Animal Hospital

Due to a possible COVID-19 exposure last week, Lavonia Animal Hospital is using the long holiday weekend to thoroughly clean and disinfect our building. For the safety of our clients and their pets, we are continuing to refer after hours emergencies to the University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital (796-542-3221). As part of our adaptation to the public health crisis, we continue to see clients on an appointment basis only. In an effort to reduce contact between s...taff and clients, we ask that you only schedule one pet per visit. We also ask that only one adult accompany their pet inside the office during your visit, and we ask that you wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times while inside our office. At this time we plan to re-open on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 9:30 am. If you had an earlier appointment we will call and reschedule. We hope you and your pets have a safe Labor Day holiday!

Happy Thanksgiving! Our office will be open until noon on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. We will be closed all day on Thursday and Friday, and our office will... reopen on Monday, November 30 for regular hours. UPDATE: BOBO HAS BEEN FOUND. THANK YOU ALL FOR SEARCHING If you see this dog or have this dog, he was involved in a wreck near the Dollar General on Cokesbury H...ighway late saturday. He lost his mommy in this wreck and we know he is confused. We hope he is healthy. He had on a collar. Please contact me and I will gladly come get him and get him back to his family. Thank you.
