#themaskswewear #whoami #whodoipretendtobe Most of us wear some form of a mask to hide those parts of ourselves we don’t think are lovable or acceptable. I give all my new clients this assignment. I think it’s a good jumping off point. One of my goals with all my clients is to decrease the amount of time they spend pretending.Authenticity makes for a more pleasurable life.

This just popped up on my Facebook feed from years ago, and it’s such a great reminder. Just because something is true doesn’t mean it has to be said. I put true in quotes because often what is true for one person isn’t necessarily true for someone else. Opinions aren’t facts. Be impeccable with your word as it states in #thefouragreements. Impeccable literally translated means ‘without sin.’ Words are powerful. Use them wisely and thoughtfully
