Countdown Touchdown!! Landmark Christian War Eagles football battled it out last Friday for the win against host Heritage Hawks, 20-17. We are so proud of these two Aviation Academy students. Both have been accepted into one of the top aviation universities in the country. Seniors Max Lyles and Andy Bonner received their acceptance packages from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Cross Country team on earning Runner-Up at the Region Championship! The Varsity Boys placed third overall as well, qualifying both teams for the state championships in Carrollton this Saturday! For the boys, senior Zack Truitt finished first individually with a time of 15:58. Junior Maggie Jones placed second individually for the girls with a time of 21:19.
