For September’s employee spotlight, we have Jeremiah Chalk! He is our Forklift Operator and has been apart of the Leeman team for a little over a year. Jeremiah loves to cook and spend time with his family. He wants to encourage everyone to treat people right, no matter what. Leeman is lucky to have such a good-hearted person apart of our team! #employeespotlight

He comes to us all the way from Connecticut with over 25 years of millwork industry experience in various positions including fabrication, assembly, machinery, and installation. One of our most valuable services at Leeman is the ability to create a solid surface piece in any shape or size in-house at our facility. We possess the ovens to bend the pieces into whatever shape is desired in any color or pattern of preference. The possibilities are endless! Meet Mike Bentley, our maintenance manager! He has worked at Leeman since 1995 and is by far one of our most dedicated employees. When asked if he has learned anything new this week, Mike answered that you learn something new everyday and never stop learning. Wise words! During his 25 years, we learned that if he can’t fix it, no one can.

Our project manager’s have implemented a new construction estimation software to bid numerous projects weekly. It’s accuracy reduces error and rework, which saves 20% of the costs!
