Dr. Cown and the rest of the team are working hard to protect our patients and answer all your questions in a timely manner. We have implemented many measures to keep our patients, staff, & community safe including: SCHEDULING: In order to protect our patients and avoid healthy patient contact with those that may be sick, we have arranged the schedule so our well patients can be seen before lunch and sick patients after lunch SCREENING: Every patient has been screened fo...r symptoms, contact, and high risk travel prior to entering our office and at check-in. TELEMEDICINE: We offer the availability to see a provider online rather than coming in to the office. Please call to schedule or convert your existing visit to a televisit. PERSONAL PROTECTION: Staff and providers are utilizing masks and gloves to take vitals and examine patients. Masks are also available to patients if needed. HYGIENE: All of our providers and staff are hand-washing between each patient. Exam rooms and common areas are being thoroughly disinfected between each visit and overnight. All surfaces and restrooms are regularly being sanitized. We encourage older patients and those with underlying medical conditions to stay at home and urge all patients to protect themselves with frequent handwashing and social distancing (yes, even on Sunday Funday.)
