The Living Vine is the Christian maternity home that serves women from the whole southeast region and has helped over 400 women and their babies during the last... 25 years. We need your help. The Blessingdales Thrift store on Television Circle in Savannah is in desperate need of more volunteers at this time. To our Faithful Supporters, We pray that you’re encouraged by the undeniable and unfailing love we have in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We know these are indeed difficult times. However, we know that our walk is a walk of faith and not according to any circumstances we face. In light of the current issue with the coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re believing that our God, who is bigger and greater than anything we may encounter, will turn this pandemic situation around for ...His glory! We understand that your physical contact with us maybe limited. However, we are asking that you will remain faithful in supporting us financially, as it is our intent to continue with our service to the young women and children. Please know that we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our residents and staff! At this time, we are unable to admit new women and children into the program due to these reasons. Also, our volunteers will not be serving at this time, and our Thrift Store will be closed until further notice. We are asking all of our donors to support us financially online or by mail instead of bringing other items to the ministry. Once national social distancing has been lifted, then we will be able to continue receiving other items. Please know that we are praying for you and with you. We need your help! To minimize the risk of CoronaVirus infection for the Living Vine babies, their mamas, and staff, we have implemented regular, stringent cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the home and the vehicles used for transportation. However, cleaning supplies are running extremely low and we need your help in replenishing them as quickly as possible. In addition, to increase resistance and the spread of any illness within the house that would reduce immunity to ...the CoronaVirus, we need to supplement our current supply of vitamins and medications. The following list of items are urgently needed. We appreciate your help in meeting this need and sharing this list with your churches, civic organizations, and community-minded friends who may be willing to donate a few items. Financial donations are always welcome and can be made at https://www.thelivingvine.org/ For the safety of our residence and staff, we will be placing a bin on the front porch for donations.
