Due to the overwhelming response to opening for pizza and salad, we have decided to add a second night. We will also be taking limited reservations on a first come first serve basis for 1.5 hour time slots beginning at 5PM both nights. We will leave room for walk up and try our best to accommodate all, but want to make sure we are following CDC guidelines for safety. For reservations, please email [email protected]

This past Thursday we said goodbye to Richard B. Justice. Many may not realize that he was also part of our Luigi's family. Richard began working at Luigi's in the early 80's for Chuck and Penny (Ballas). It was during those years that Richard formed an undeniable bond and deep friendship with Debi (Ballas). It is because of Richard that Debi became involved with the Augusta Players, and the rest is history. Richard made Augusta a better place, and made those he knew, better people. While we are heartbroken, a piece of him will live on in all of the lives he touched. We send our love and prayers to Richard's husband Terence and to the Justice family. There unfortunately is a rumor being passed around that we are closing after the death of our family matriarch. While we are heartbroken at her passing, and still grieving, this is speculation that did not come from us! We have been closed due to Covid and are remaining closed for the time being as cases in this area are continuing to rise and we have family with underlying health issues. If there are any other questions or rumors that are heard, please send us a private message so we can answer before spreading something that is likely untrue on Facebook. We do appreciate all the love, support and understanding we have received from all of our customers and will keep you posted!

At the end Presley dragged the microphone to the edge of the stage, sang his last note, then ran to a waiting taxi at the stage door. Almost all were disappointed he'd left, but some found out the cab had taken him to Luigi's on Broad Street for something to eat, and they followed him.

Early this morning, we lost our matriarch, Mother, Yiayia, and to so many, Miss Penny or Mrs. B. For decades, she worked side by side with her husband, Chuck Sr, to build the family legacy and continued until her last days baking and cooking the Greek appetizers and pastries that are so loved. She was dedicated to her family and to her church. Her legacy will live on with all of us! May her memory be eternal!

Please be patient with us as we remain closed a bit longer. We will reopen when we feel it is safe for our family, staff, and customers to do so. Until then, we miss all of you and hope you stay healthy and safe!
