We will distribute food boxes, lots of smiles and cheerfulness Wednesday January 13th 10:30-11:00 to our members! If we delivered you a box last week, we will deliver again. If you need a box delivered this week and didn't have one delivered last week please call us by Tuesday afternoon! Can't wait to see everyone! **Senior Center Members only**

We are HIRING. The MC Senior Center is looking for a caring and service driven individual to fill a Meals on Wheels Program Facilitator position. Please apply in person at the Madison County Government Complex Human Resource Office in Danielsville or online by visiting http://www.madisoncountyga.us//Departm/Human-Resources/28/ Applications accepted through January 18, 2021.... This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) Monday-Friday 7:30am to 1:30pm. Paid holidays, sick and vacation accrued monthly. Insurance 100% paid with pension eligibility. Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen. Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions. CPR and Serve Safe certified preferred but not required. Duties include, but are not limited to: Delivering meals, transporting members to and from the Center. Cleaning and maintaining the facility and cleanliness of Center vehicles. Madison County is an EOE and a drug free work place.

We have had the honor of celebrating Ms. Doris Tolbert the past few weeks! Ms. Doris Tolbert finished out her 25 years of service to the Madison County Senior Center Monday with a retirement brunch. Her closest friends and family came to see her off and wish her many years of happy retirement! Thank you Doris for always taking care of us and the Center! We cannot wait to hear stories of your travels when you visit!
