There was a request for the Minutes to this past Monday's Special Called Council Meeting. The Minutes will be available by the next scheduled Council Meeting on June 14, below are the Action Minutes. Thank you for the request. The City of Mansfield's Council Meetings are always held on the second Monday of every month beginning at 7:00 PM. They are held in the Mansfield Community House, 3158 Hwy 11, Mansfield GA 30055. We encourage everyone to attend.

Tonight's meeting is going to be re-scheduled to next Monday, May 17 @ 7 PM due to the power outage. We apoligize for any inconvenience this may cause.

GA Power has determined the problem and ordered parts. It will be a minimum of 2 hours before power is restored.

Georgia Power is on the way. There is a blown fuse in the sub-station. Power is currently on single phase and may have to be turned off completely for a short time. You may want to take precautions and turn off what you can or is not necessary to run, in your house.... UPDATE: GAPower is on site now. (10:50am)
