Medical professionals, from nurses to surgeons, have a duty to provide standard care. An unfortunate outcome does not necessarily mean medical malpractice has occurred. We work closely with expert nurses and physicians to determine whether the standard of care was met. For a free analysis of your case, give us a call at (478) 749-1722 or send us a message. According to the American Medical Association, 34% of physicians have had a claim filed against them during their careers and that claim frequency varies by certain factors, particularly age, specialty and gender.

BEWARE! This week we have noticed a sudden increase in attempted wire fraud, including but not limited to fraudsters trying to impersonate us and others by sending emails to agents and customers with fake wiring instructions. IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEVER trust wiring instructions sent via email. Cyber criminals are always trying to hack email accounts and send emails with fake wiring instructions. These emails are convincing and sophisticated. Always have your clients independently confirm wiring instructions in person or via a telephone call to a trusted and verified phone number. Never wire money without double-checking that the wiring instructions are correct.
We were proud to sponsor a hole in a golf tournament supporting the Mercer Bears football team last month. William Davis, Joel Howe, and Taylor Martin enjoyed participating. Go bears!
