Housekeeping for the New Year Just a few reminders about policies and procedures. *Responding to Messages- I am a one woman show. Please allow up to 24 hours for me to return a call, text, or message. ... *Tardiness- clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will receive whatever time is left. I cannot go over on time because it’s not fair to the clients booked after you. *No Shows- clients who fail to communicate with me will be required to pay for missed appointment up to 100% of the service and pay a deposit to hold future appointments. *Rescheduled appointments- I understand things happen, so you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment one time. I cannot allow clients to reschedule the same appointment multiple times. *Cancellations- there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your start time, you may be required to pay a fee of up to 100% of the service. Example: if your appointment starts at 10am, you must cancel before 10am of the day prior to your appointment. *Gift Cards and Certificates- I am very lenient about the time it takes to use your gifts. However, if you no show or late cancel, you may lose a portion of your available funds up to 50% of the missed service. *Existing and New Medical Conditions- It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. *Personal Boundaries-Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs. #jatmassage

Good morning! Today is the last day of #selfcareseptember! I have saved the best tip for last and that’s to come see me at the studio for a massage! I always get asked how often people should come and the answer to that is entirely up to you. Bare minimum is once per month, but everyone is different. Some come once per week, others come once every 2 weeks. Listen to your body and it will tell you what you need! #jatmassage
