Today, students participated in the National Day of Prayer, and second graders spent time outside with the baby chicks they watched hatch over the weekend (on our live stream baby chicken channel) and in class on Monday. Second grade is inviting you to join the fun! Chicken Watch 2021 is underway. Over the next two days, dozens of baby chicks will be hatched in our four second grade classrooms. Don't miss a moment! We always enjoy dressing up for the 100th day of school in first grade, but this year’s celebration feels exceptionally blessed! 100 days of successful, healthy, and happy in-person learning is a tremendous milestone achievement made possible by the hard work of so many! THANK YOU to our community for the outstanding support we receive each day to keep these students inside our classrooms. And, thank you to our first grade! Not only are these adorable elders 100 days smarter, they are also learning to serve others. Each class was challenged to collect 100 cans of food for MUST ministries, and they have surpassed their goal with a collection of 500 cans! What a fantastic way to shine their lights! #MBCAmoments
