We are looking for a hardworking Construction Estimator to join our team! As a Construction Estimator, your main responsibility will be to estimate work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Must be dependable and willingly to do whatever is necessary, including labor, when needed, to get the job done. Quality person, good attitude, that would like to grow with us. Ability to operate independently or with a crew ... Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills Time management skills Job includes reading blueprints, site visits and required steps in Estimating, Bidding, and Overseeing the carrying out of actual grading jobs. Needs experience in reading blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates. Able to Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy Fulfill client appointments and Present Estimates in a timely manner Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs Must have good driving record, provide 7 yr MVR and drug test required. We are a family owned business on our 4th generation and everyone works together as needed to get the job done. Office is in Conyers, working all metro Atlanta.
