Butler Creek Horse Archers

We had another great practice yesterday! We worked on our distances for Field Archery, Competition Length, and relaxed Arena Archery. We started on the ground & moved on to horseback without barriers. We we able to focus on getting our horse to go from point A to B with just our weight/seat aid. Brandy got the bullseyes for the day and had her arrow go all the way through to the fletching! Way to go Brandy! ... Our next practice is March 24th but don’t forget on March 10th & 11th we have a weekend full of Mounted Archery with Elizabeth Gonzalez Tinnan including Fast Track & Repeat Offenders Clinic on the 10th and a Jackpot on the 11th! Here are our February & March calendars for this year! We only have one practice in February due to the show, but in March we have a full month of Mounted Archery! You will notice in our March calendar we have a Popcorn Movie Night. Our barn host them at least once a month and would like to invite anyone apart of BCHA & their family to come join us for movie night. We bring our projector into the barn and watch a family appropriate horse related movie on the big screen and ea...t our popcorn! **MEMBERS** Don’t forget to sign up for the Repeat Offenders Clinic with Chattahoochee Horse Archers! It’s a very educational but exciting clinic with Elizabeth that everybody could benefit from greatly! It’s also a great way to support our fellow Mounted Horse Archer groups!

Another great practice today! All the young girls, yes even you Kari, got some great shots in & built some confidence today! Even the horses got to catch up with their buds and have a fun relaxing day! Way to go Lola who hit our Tree Target! Thanks to all of you who make up Butler Creek Horse Archers, we have one awesome well rounded group!
