Over the past few weeks, I've done 20 min workout sessions with people online to stay moving and active while they are at home. We called the workout Sweatin' in 20. We have seen great success. The sessions have also helped my clients to network with other participants to provide resources to get through this pandemic. I've been asked to keep the Sweatin in 20 going. For a limited time- you can join the Sweatin' in 20 squad (online 20 min workout sessions) (Mon, Wed and Thursday) $15.00 for all three days. Completed our Day 3 of Sweatin in 20 mid-day workouts with some of my clients! These 20 min sessions have been helpful for those working from home to stay active and consistent.
