Momentum Dance and Fitness

Hello and Happy New Year! We are bringing back our sessioned classes again! Full sessions are $65 for the entire 6 weeks. The 7:30 pm basics class is available for drop-in! ($12.50 per class). Pre-registration is required! Stay tuned for our drop-in class schedule!

New class alert! Fridays at 4:45pm! Thirty minutes is all you need to start a great weekend! Strengthen and stretch while moving to upbeat music. This low-impact class is great for all fitness and age levels. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of our mats. Just make sure not to forget your water!
