Just an update for all of our customers.. The "sweetest lady in the world," Mrs. Jean, took a fall on Saturday evening and suffered an injury to her femur. She was transported to Tanner and underwent surgery to stabilize the bone yesterday. She is doing great and sounds more like her spunky self today! Please help us pray for her recovery. We all know she is ready to be on the move.

UPDATE ON DELAYS We want to give our customers an update regarding the delays we're experiencing with furniture orders at this time. At this point, all custom upholstery orders are delayed until at least January. Most all of the casegood orders will also be delayed until after Christmas. We plan to reopen our storefront, with precautions for everyone's safety in place, on Monday, April 27th. Our hours of operation will be 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Our store front will be open to the public, but we do have the following guidelines in place:... We will allow 3 small groups of customers in the store at a time. Please limit the number of people in your party to a minimum for everyone's safety. If you or anyone in your household has flu or cold symptoms, please do not come into our store. Call and we will do our best to assist you by phone or email. Please wear a mask or some type of face covering if you have one available to you. Please keep a distance of 6 feet between yourself and our employees. Please do not enter our office. We will begin by offering pick up service and porch/garage delivery only. This is subject to change one way or the other at our discretion and depending on case by case situations. If there is any way for us to assist you by phone or email instead of you coming into our store, please utilize this option as we are still trying to be cautious. The safety of our employees and customers is our first priority. We are navigating uncharted waters and ask that you please be patient with us during this process.

***Update Under the new ordinance that went into effect at 12am, put into place by the Carroll County Board of Health, we are unable to open the store for deliveries and pick ups today. Thank you for understanding! *** After much deliberation and having witnessed what steps other furniture retailers in our area have set in place to maintain the safety of their employees, we have made the decision to close our store temporarily. This has been a very difficult decision to make knowing it is at the inconvenience of our customers and our suppliers. We are offering pick up and delivery services through this Wednesday, March 25th pending there are no further government restrictions. We will also be receiving trucks 10-5 through the 25th and then we will no longer be able to receive until the restrictions are lifted and we are able to return to business as usual, an estimated minimum of 2 weeks. Updated Hours of Operation As everyone is aware, we are experiencing uncertain times right now with the COVID-19 outbreak. We have evaluated our business and realize that we are going to have a major slow down in our sales for the time being. In an effort to compensate for this slow down and also to protect the safety and health of our employees, we plan to shorten our operating hours. As of Monday, March 23rd, we will be open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. To Our Customers... While we will remain open to the public, we would like to service our customers by phone and email as much as possible. We ask that our customers please assist us in this area by being proactive and staying home if you have any symptoms of being sick or if you have been in contact with someone who is sick. We will be implementing delivery options such as porch delivery, garage delivery or scheduling for customer pick up to limit employee to customer contact as much as possible. To Our Manufacturers and Freight Companies During this period of shortened hours, and until further notice, we will be receiving incoming truck deliveries from 10-5 only. We will not be able to accommodate your delivery if it falls beyond this time period. Please call ahead if your driver needs to reschedule and we will work together to make arrangements. Care and Consideration We are making extra efforts to sanitize communal areas of our store and our employees are taking extra care in hand washing. We ask that you please do the same if you must come into the store for any reason. We hope that everyone is safe and healthy, taking the caution that has been advised to us, and that this will remain under control. Hopefully this will not even be an area of concern in the very near future and small businesses like us will be back to business as usual.
