If you did not receive the link, please email us to send you the link. HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CERTIFICATE **PLEASE NOTE: This is a HUD-approved course. In order to qualify for the Homebuyer Education Certificate, you MUST be in attendance for BOTH Part 1 (homebuyer education) and Part 2 (one on one advising session) in their entirety. Workshop - Please be on time or the certificate will not be issued. The workshops begin at 9:00am 9:15am. You will need to turn in the completed Homeownership Packet in order to be registered for the certificate and program. Once registered you receive an intake packet prior to the workshop to electronically fill out & return. Advising Session - You will need to attend a counseling session virtually or by phone to get more information on your qualification, credit, mortgage products to obtain your certificate. This session is a critical piece of your education and will further assist you in understanding what programs are available for you and what questions to ask of your lender and realtor.
