Morris Auto Painting and Bodyworks has an immediate opening for an office assistant. 32-40 hrs per week. Must have previous office assistant experience (1-3 years). Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, have experience with Quickbooks, able to complete office tasks such as emailing, filing, faxing and scanning. Will be responsible for corresponding with insurance companies, yielding customer calls and concerns, ordering and checking in parts, ordering supplies, maintaining a clean office and restroom as well as additional tasks as needed.
