Two years ago we got to see these two special people at another wedding. Since then, we've been so excited to watch their love grow into something so strong and... beautiful. Having a wedding set back due to a pandemic isn't the easiest thing to overcome, but they did with such patience and grace, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. Shawn, I'll never forget at the end of the night, you pulled me aside and told me, "If you ever need anything, call me." We didn't know one another, but you kne...w that I was in a bad place in my life. Those words meant a lot to me, even though I never called, to know that another service member was there for me when I needed them, spoke volumes to your character. Abbie, you were stunningly beautiful and a kind soul. I'm happy that I got to meet the both of you and capture your wedding day. You two have been wonderful to me and I can't thank you enough. Amanda and Josh met at Gnat's Landing in Statesboro, when Amanda agreed to go with one of their mutual friends. They stayed up talking that entire night, even t...hough Josh had to go to work in the morning. As their relationship grew, Amanda soon found that Josh was a man who kept his word and would stay by her side through life's ups and downs. In February 2019, the two planned a trip to south Florida to visit Amanda's parents, and Josh surprised her with a proposal on the beach.
