Dear Diary - I have been getting very bored hanging out in my room at Mostly Mutts. ... My friends here try very hard to keep me busy while I wait for my family. This week something unexpected happened. Two of my favorite humans took me and my BFF dog friend, Samine on a 7 mile pack walk. We went to this great trail and I made some new dog friends. So, the leader of this walk really understands dogs. Her name is Angie Woods and she is an animal behavior expert. Angie told me how beautiful I am, and a girl can never hear that enough. I impressed her by being very well behaved on the walk and using my very best manners. She was impressed at how well I played with my buddies Samine and Keith ( MM alumni, formerly Ringold) Angie was so complimentary and made me feel proud of myself. I had a great time. 7 miles is no problem for me. Very glad that I got to make some new friends who could see my true loving spirit. As much as I adore my outings, they always end the same way. With me back in my room at Mostly Mutts. Oh Diary, I dream of the day when my family comes and I get to stay with them. Thanks for listening, I will write again next week. Love, Betty
