Our Mountain Laurels are in full bloom!

The azaleas are in full bloom at the cottage.

Painted the floor and bar. Our dinning pavilion is coming along.

We are hosting a micro-wedding at the end of May, just the couple and the officiant, and they asked for a cake they could cut after the ceremony before the headed out to dinner, so I’m doing a dry run. White cake with raspberry filling. Not bad for my first attempt. Have to work on cleaner lines, but happy with it so far.

Our dining pavilion is moving along. Still need to have it painted, gas line run and gutters installed. Will be perfect for small events at the inn.
