She believes in preventative, evidence-based medicine and applying her knowledge and skill set to best meet each person’s needs and circumstances. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition and is board eligible in obesity medicine. She is passionate about partnering with her patients and strives to help them be as healthy as po...ssible. Dr. Arcot is trilingual in English, Hindi and Telegu. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family.
