Hey hey! Sadly we won’t be in the park this week as work duty calls. Butwe will resume next week. I am only able to teach one class this week so I am making it a super rejuvenating back care class. I see you and it seems you need some yoga at the park in your life Well it just so happens that I will be teaching a class at 7:15pm in Cabbagetown Park tomorrow (Thursday Oct 8). Please sign up online if you are planning on coming because I keep it limited to 15 people so we can make sure to have at least 6 ft between us. Hi y’all! It’s been a while. Studio is still closed and the tail end of summer was southern heat swamp style at its finest butthe fall has arrived! It will be a cool 66 degrees out tomorrow night and I am going to teach a class in the park. So if you want to come practice with me then go to our website in the profile and sign up. Cabbagetown Park is spacious and should be pretty empty by 7:30pm so we can spread out. Helllooo I am communicating via email these days because I feel that it is more personal than IG. I’ll post updates here and such but if you are interested in keeping up with my yoga plans and offerings please email me [email protected] so I can make sure you are on the list. Things are shifting and I want to make sure my energy is being used at the highest level for the greatest good. My community has cared for this little studio since 2013 and I am working hard to keep it for when we can return. I’m planning a 6 week series on the feet You know how fun that will be! More to come!
