Energy Report - New Moon 20/21st July 2020 It’s a battle for balance. We’re experiencing major highs and massive lows, and it’s not easy to find equilibrium. Pe...rsonally, I feel like I can’t ground myself enough. I’m using every technique I know and I still feel like I need to bury myself in the earth and stay there for a month! Self care is paramount! We can combat the lows by increasing the highs, and adding joy into our lives wherever possible. We are expanding our consciousness, and by doing so we experience ever higher and lower energy frequencies. We are not dealing with small issues. We are collectively changing the energy of Earth and humanity into a higher dimension. This shift takes time. Everything is coming up for review. We can’t stop the process, we are the process. From global issues of health, prejudice, inequality, pollution, abuse, poverty and war, to personal issues of depression, anger, relationships, fear and trauma; it is all being thrown into a pile for us to sort out. Each one of us will sift through that pile differently, but as we do, we are all moving forward collectively. We are creating a better world and better versions of ourselves. It’s a battle of light versus dark, love versus fear, power and control versus freedom. We may look at what’s going on in our lives and the world, and think it’s negative and horrific, yet none of these issues are new. These problems have always been there, only now we can see them. This is the epitome of raising our awareness. It can be shocking, but it is a positive realisation. Awareness is the catalyst for change. Awareness is wonderful! We feel uncomfortable because we are more aware. We are more aware because we trust ourselves more. We feel angry because we are facing the truth. We are facing the truth because we are stronger and braver than ever before. We feel sad because we are processing the truth. We are processing the truth because we are embracing change. We have grown tremendously in a short period of time, so give yourself a break and plenty of Self love. The next 6 weeks will give us a chance to breathe and stock up on new tools to help in the future. We need to remain flexible. As humans we alter our beliefs according to our agenda at the time. It is part of our growth. Throughout this process the heart centre is our fixed compass that guides us in our true direction. In our hearts we hold our absolute truth. From 26th July - 12th August the Lionsgate Portal will be helping to open our hearts and further our consciousness. There are plenty of storms brewing, but we are equipped to handle them all. The more knowledge we have at our disposal, the better. Throw away caution and Self judgement and grow into your wings. Unleash the craziness of you and explore new ideas.
