#GodsYear Jesus Saves has become is a popular slogan on bumper stickers, signs at athletic events, and even banners being pulled across the sky by small airplanes. Sadly, few who see the phrase Jesus Saves truly and fully understand what it means. There is a tremendous amount of Power and Truth packed into those two words. The word SAVED simply means to rescue. Yes, Jesus Saves But when a person truly understands that Jesus came to rescue them as a sinners from a wor...ld full of temptations and sin, then you will appreciate His death, because He died in our place. The righteousness of Jesus is credited to our life. When you allow Him to rescue you from yourself and this worldly system You move from guilt before God to righteousness before God! Jesus saves us from the Wrath of God to The LOVE of God, when we receive His Word and it’s Truth The only way you can Save yourself, is by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior. No man or woman can save themselves, without coming to the Father. #GodsYear Believers/Christian’s Hypocrisy Christ said, You hypocrites; you honor me with your mouth, but you don’t do what I say or live the way I live. Yet, you claim to be my followers.... Hypocrisy is behavior that CONTRADICTS what one claim to believe in or be apart of. If you are a Believer living for Christ, then your living style and mindset shouldn’t be opposite of His Word hypocrisy (noun) ~ the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense. Luke 6:44 ~ 46 Each tree is known by its own fruit. People don't gather figs from thornbushes, and they don't get grapes from bushes. Good people bring good things out of the good they stored in their hearts. But evil people bring evil things out of the evil they stored in their hearts. #GodsYear Without God being near us, there’s not much you or I will accomplish. We all need God and Truth to be very close to us in this hour. So when Psalm 145:18 tells us that the Lord is near to all who Call On Him In Truth, what we are told is that God manifests His presence to us in a special way when we call on Him in TRUTH. When you are crying out to God, Truth must be apart of the your process too. ... At the very core/center and foundation of our vibrant committed relationship with the Lord is an awareness within us that unless God Is Near We CANNOT Accomplish anything with any lasting Spiritual Significance and neither can we advance His Kingdom in the earth. Let us be a people who daily, hourly, call on the Lord in Truth is our heartfelt prayers for each of you Psalms 145:18 The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth. James 4:8 Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world. #GodsYear... STOP believing the FAKE news... Religion allows you to accept, try and do anything, but TRUE relationship with God, DOES NOT... PeriodT... He/She that is not willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING for the cause of God, is really willing to sacrifice NOTHING. Which Kingdom are you in? You can’t Serve God and serve the devil at the same time too... Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Many have came and said, they love Christ and they want to follow Him, until they realize, they had to fast and pray, give up sin and come out of darkness, give up their will and emotional mindsets, give up their family religious traditions, give up their pagan gods they once served, give up misquoting the Bible to justify their misdeeds, read, understand and apply the Word of God... but apparently they were NOT FULLY aware or prepared for the SACRIFICES that D...ISCIPLESHIP REQUIRED or else who indicated by their words that there were other things on which they placed a higher immediate priority than discipleship. And the Bible details in Luke 9:57-62, how many came to Jesus with excuses for their priorities were more worldly than spiritual. Jesus was saying that a person who was worthy to be His disciple had to place the same priority on the forward going spiritual mission that Jesus called him to perform, and could not let himself be distracted or diverted by thoughts of what he was leaving behind, or had left behind, in his former life. Luke 9:61~62 Another man said, "I will follow you, Lord, but first let me go and say good-bye to my family." #SOAR... How many of you are carrying unnecessary dead weight/burdens on and around you, all because you don’t want to deal with the decisions you’ve made, so instead you run and hide in a cave. Hiding in a cave ISN’T going to help you. The more you hide in a cave, the more weight/burden you put on. It’s time to face the facts, you have wander away from the good shepherd as most sheep’s do, who do not want to be shaved/cut or hear the truth. For many years you have allowed... yourself to be weighed down. Well, here’s the solution to all of your problem(s)... COME BACK TO THE GOOD SHEPHERD! I’m reminded of John 10 when Jesus compares Himself to a shepherd, and His followers are His sheep. Just like the Sheep, who is the follower, I think it is much like a person who knows Jesus Christ but has wandered. If we avoid Christ’s constant refining of our Character, Heart, Mind and Will, we’re going to accumulate extra weight in this world ~ a weight we don’t have to bear. I believe Christ can lift the burdens we carry, if only we stop hiding. He can shave off our extra weight that is, our self-imposed burdens brought about by wandering from His presence. His words tells us in Matthew 11:28-30 ~ Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and my burden is light. This word is perfect for those who wants to lift their burdens off of themselves the right and truthful way... Only through the FATHER who is the good shepherd can this happen for you.
