This Story Is AmazingHe got sentenced to 10 years in prison at age 16. On his 17th birthday he was transported to Adult prison. After being ‘abused’ daily during his 1st year in adult prison, he decided to write his own motion to appeal his sentence from behind the prison walls. The motion somehow got to the judge who reviewed the case. The judge then contacted us and asked if we could interview him. If accepted into our Diversion Program, he would be release from prison 8 years early. He’s now out and is doing exceptionally well in our diversion program.
