Due to the generous donation of equipment from the estate of Dr. Lindy Morgan, we were able to open our Springfield location last October. So, to pay it forward, we will be hosting a charity event to raise donations for the Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision. Dr. Morgan practiced Chiropractic in Claxton, GA for 62 years, all the while being legally blind!

TUESDAY WELLNESS TIP: Did you know that exercising 3.5 hours per week is enough to keep your heart and lungs healthy? That boils down to only 30 minutes daily! Especially during current times, it is important to be pro-active with your health! So put those sneakers on, and enjoy God’s creation!

The Springfield office is closed today, tomorrow and Monday. Claxton is closed Friday and Monday. The SAVANNAH office is open both Friday and Monday. Thanks Dr. Sanders for taking one for the team! Patients from any of our offices may be seen there either of those days!

As a chiropractor, I see patients with joint injuries. All the time. Which can make exercise difficult. But instead of focusing on what you can’t do, focus on what you CAN! I love rowing , because it doesn’t put weight on the knees, shoulders, or spine, making it pretty much the perfect cardiovascular exercise for people with injuries. It even helps plantar fasciitis, because It deeply warms up and stretches those calf muscles!
