Northside Hospital cares for Miracle Babies all year, but today we celebrate #WorldPrematurityDay. Our Miracle Babies Fund provides financial assistance to parents in hopes of relieving their stress and increasing the time they are able to spend in the NICU with their newborn(s). This additional time helps emotionally support parents and improves rates of breastfeeding and Kangaroo Care. New mom Erica Davila is a self-proclaimed NICU mom veteran. After giving birth to twin daughters, her second set of twins were born prematurely at Northside Hos...pital Atlanta. When her son was also born early at Northside Hospital Cherokee, she was no stranger to the NICU. My experience was top notch at both locations, Erica says. We are very proud and thankful to be a part of the Northside Hospital family. #NewMomMonday

New mom Natalie Hudson learned to roll with the punches when she delivered her baby girl at Northside Hospital Atlanta. After undergoing an unexpected C-section due to fetal intolerance, she developed post-partum preeclampsia and had to be moved to the maternal ICU. Every step along the way, the doctors and nurses were amazing, and even at the scariest points, I felt like I was in great care and could trust that we would all make it home safely, Natalie says. I am beyond grateful I delivered at Northside! #NewMomMonday
